The Eaton Hall project was a phase of work to install all the service pipework for the first and second floors of the building.
This included calculating the demand and pipe sizing all of the commercial sized pipework to meet the demands of the 178 bedrooms, showers and W.C facilities.
Installation included new hot water, cold water and a secondary return system, along with sufficient heating provision for the radiators and new under floor heating installed throughout the building.
Once all the pipework had been installed and pressure tested the whole installation was insulated and labelled with appropriate identification tape.
The project is ongoing and we hope to continue our works to design and install the new plant room and equipment as the work progresses.
